We obtained a use variance and a variance to allow more than one principal use to be conducted on a property from Buckingham Township to allow the development of an office/bank project to proceed.

We obtained a special exception from the Richland Township Zoning Hearing Board to construct a sanitary sewer pumping station within the RA zoning district, along with several dimensional variances relating to the lot on which the pump station is proposed to be located.

We obtained several variances for a bank in Rockledge Borough.

We obtained a sign variance for a bank in East Norriton Township.

We obtained final, major subdivision approval on behalf of a client last evening from the Hamilton Township (Atlantic County) Planning Board for a 64-lot subdivision, which is comprised of 60 single-family residential lots, 2 lots dedicated for recreational purposes, and 2 lots dedicated for stormwater management. While our client's COAH contribution issue was raised by the Board, we convinced it that this was an issue is to be dealt with after receipt of final approval directly with the municipality.

We obtained dimensional variances relating to freestanding signs and a variance relating to the number of permitted wall mounted signs for an office/retail project in Plumstead Township.
