Milt has a dynamic practice in the areas of federal taxation, corporate and business counseling, trusts and estates planning, charitable giving, compensation and employee benefits and mergers and acquisitions.

Milt's tax planning practice includes a variety of services for corporate clients and individuals, including structuring mergers and acquisitions, stock option plans, deferred compensation arrangements and other executive fringe benefits. In addition to tax advice, he counsels businesses on employment and buy/sell agreements. Milt also has extensive experience in the area of trusts and estates that includes drafting wills and trust agreements, advising clients on a variety of deferred giving techniques, handling probate matters, drafting family limited partnerships and preparing and filing estate tax returns.

Milt has more than 20 years of experience advising nonprofit corporations, preparing applications for exemption from income tax and resolving controversies with the IRS.
