Ryan helps property owners, investors, and lenders navigate commercial real estate deals. His focus is on keeping complex transactions on track and making sure clients understand the risks involved.

He works on a wide range of transactions — buying and selling properties, negotiating leases and securing financing — across office buildings, industrial facilities, and retail spaces. He also handles deals in specialized sectors like cannabis retail, data centers, and land purchases for future residential development.

Ryan supports clients through every stage of a deal, from initial negotiations to closing. He represents both buyers and sellers and has extensive experience negotiating leases for landlords and tenants, particularly for industrial and office properties.

Before Fox Rothschild

Prior to joining Fox Rothschild, Ryan worked as an associate at two law firms with offices in New Jersey and New York. Before that, he clerked for the Honorable Garry J. Furnari of the Superior Court of New Jersey. During law school, Ryan was a clinical student at the Rutgers Community and Lawyering Transactional Clinic.
