Biography

Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, Sabina has more than 25 years of experience handling a wide array of estate planning, probate and transactional business planning matters. She helps clients draft and implement wills, trusts and other entities to address objectives regarding the disposition and protection of assets while minimizing federal estate and gift tax exposure. Sabina also represents executors and estates through all phases of administration, including the preparation of estate tax returns.

Sabina devotes a significant portion of her practice to transactional business planning for closely held businesses, including formation of business entities; structuring and drafting partnership agreements, operating agreements and shareholders' agreements; general transactional matters; business succession planning; and structuring and negotiating sales and acquisitions.

She also works with real estate colleagues to form business entities, and to negotiate and draft joint venture agreements and operating agreements in connection with property acquisition and development projects involving large multifamily residential properties.

Prior to joining Fox Rothschild, Sabina was a partner at Glast, Phillips & Murray, P.C. in Dallas.

Beyond Fox Rothschild

Sabina frequently presents to professional groups and organizations on a variety of estate and business planning topics.

She is also active in the service organization Altrusa International of Downtown Dallas and previously served on its board of directors. Additionally, Sabina is a member of the Communities Foundation of Texas and serves on the organization's advisory council.
