Samuel assists clients in a wide variety of labor and employment matters. He has significant litigation experience that includes high-stakes criminal prosecutions and six- and seven-figure civil cases.
Before Fox Rothschild
Prior to joining Fox, Samuel was a litigation associate in the Philadelphia office of a Pennsylvania law firm. Samuel was also an assistant district attorney in the Philadelphia District Attorney's office, where he was named to the Hate Crimes Task Force, gaining extensive experience prosecuting complex, high-profile criminal cases.
Beyond Fox Rothschild
Samuel taught trial advocacy at Drexel University's Thomas R. Kline School of Law, coaching three Regional Trial Competition championship teams.
