Samuel advises clients in a wide range of complex business and commercial disputes. Among the matters he has handled, Samuel argued as a practicing student attorney before the Minnesota Court of Appeals on behalf of the State of Minnesota to successfully defend a drug conviction against a constitutional challenge over the use of police informants.

Before Fox Rothschild

Prior to joining Fox, Samuel was an associate at Oppenheimer Wolff & Donnelly LLP.

While in law school, he served as a law clerk in the Special Litigation Division at the Hennepin County Attorney’s Office, as a judicial extern for the Honorable Philip D. Bush of the Fourth Judicial District of Minnesota and as a practicing student attorney at the University of Minnesota Law School Civil Practice Clinic.

Samuel also served as the lead managing editor of the Minnesota Journal of International Law.
