Siana’s practice focuses on federal and state tax controversy.

Before Fox Rothschild

Prior to joining Fox, Siana was a law clerk to the Honorable Judge Richard T. Morrison of the U.S. Tax Court.

During law school, Siana interned with the IRS Office of Chief Counsel, Small Business/Self-Employed Division and represented the IRS before the U.S. Tax Court.

Siana has extensive experience representing low-income taxpayers.  In law school, she worked as a legal attorney in the University of Washington's Low Income Taxpayer Clinic, where she assisted low-income clients in challenging findings of the IRS.  In tax seasons 2016 and 2017, she was a volunteer return preparer with the Alaska Business Development Center.  As part of the program, Siana traveled to remote parts of Alaska to assist rural, low-income taxpayers in preparing their federal individual income tax returns.
