Steven represents and advises clients in corporate and gaming law matters. He has a strong knowledge of gaming technology and significant experience handling regulatory compliance matters for a sports betting company.
Before Fox Rothschild
Prior to joining Fox, Steven worked as a digital compliance manager at William Hill Sports Book where he provided regulatory guidance and representation for submission of digital product into multiple jurisdictions. He gained experience drafting memorandums regarding state, federal and international gaming regulations.
Steven also worked as an accountant and an analyst for the New Jersey State Police. During law school, Steven was a legislative fellow in the New Jersey Senate Republican Office.
Beyond Fox Rothschild
Steven has authored numerous articles on casino and gaming law, including "Betting on Cuba: A Path for the Reintroduction of Casino Gaming to the Island" and "The Silver State and The Black Book."
He is also a participant in the International Gaming Institute's Center for Gaming Innovation at the University of Nevada Las Vegas, where he has developed a patent-pending casino table game and researched the history, psychology, design and mathematics of table games, lotteries and slot machines.
