Vincent centers his practice on real estate finance, affordable and multifamily housing law matters with an emphasis on federally insured loans for multifamily housing and healthcare under FHA/HUD insurance programs.
Vincent’s practice is focused on the representation of lending clients in finance transactions involving multifamily apartment complexes, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, elderly housing and intermediate care facilities. He has experience assisting developers with HUD approvals related to the acquisition of HUD-subsidized multifamily housing projects. He has also advised clients on Section 8 Housing Assistance Payment contract renewals and rent increase proposals, as well as on potential acquisition concerns. Additionally, Vincent has experience handling title and loan documents, HAP contracts and regulatory and use agreements, among other documents.
A former funds management analyst and commercial loan analyst, Vincent is also well-versed in tax matters in connection to real estate and affordable housing law. He is experienced in tax credits and filings, partnership agreements, Low Income Housing Tax Credits and FHA multifamily mortgages and insurance.
Before Fox Rothschild
Before joining Fox Rothschild, Vincent was an associate at an affordable housing law firm in Washington, DC. He previously worked as a funds management analyst for Alden Torch Financial, an investment company in Denver.
Vincent was a post-graduate fellow at Rise Community Development, a nonprofit in St. Louis that connects community organizations, financial institutions and government to promote neighborhood revitalization. He also worked as a commercial loan analyst in the St. Louis office of Gershman Mortgage, one of the oldest independently owned mortgage bankers in the Midwest. .
During law school, Vincent interned in the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
