Biography

Adam represents publicly and privately held companies in commercial disputes. He also counsels clients on compliance issues and helps develop strategies to mitigate litigation risks.

Adam handles state and federal litigation that involves a range of claims including theft of trade secrets, fraud, defamation, negligence and unfair competition. 

In addition, Adam advises businesses on federal, state and local contracting disputes involving the False Claims Act, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, Foreign Control or Influence (FOCI), export control laws, procurement compliance and bid protests.

Former Chief of Policy for the mayor of San Antonio, Adam also advises state and local government entities on compliance matters, investigations and regulatory oversight.

Before Fox Rothschild

Adam joined us from a Southwest-based law firm. He previously practiced at a Dallas firm and clerked for the Honorable James Brady of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Louisiana. 

While earning his law degree, Adam interned with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and the Second Court of Appeals of Texas. At the University of North Texas Dallas College of Law, he was appointed Chief Justice of the Judicial Board.

Adam is a former speechwriter and Chief of Policy for San Antonio Mayor Julián Castro. He also earned the 2002 William J. Fulbright Scholarship.
