Biography
Adam is a transactional strategist and advisor to corporations (public and privately held), partnerships, limited liability companies and individuals.
His transactional experience is wide and varied, and includes:
- Stock and asset acquisitions
- Private placements of debt and equity securities
- Mergers
- Joint ventures
- Corporate, partnership and LLC formations
- Public offerings
Adam also helps clients negotiate commercial contracts, executive compensation and provides pragmatic insights for securities law compliance.

Adam was a partner of Greene Radovsky Maloney Share & Hennigh, which merged with Fox Rothschild in 2021
