Biography
A trained cellular and molecular biologist, Alice focuses her practice on patent drafting and prosecution, as well as patent portfolio management.
Before Fox Rothschild
Prior to joining Fox Rothschild, Alice was an Associate Research Scientist at the New York University School of Medicine at NYU Langone Health. Her projects there included cryo-electron microscopy for determining protein structure, studying the formation and maintenance of the neuromuscular junction, and identifying genes and neuronal circuits governing food-choice behavior.
Before that, Alice was a postdoctoral fellow at New York University where she investigated the process of cell-type specification in the developing plant root using molecular-genetic techniques, for which she was awarded a Ruth L Kirschstein NRSA Postdoctoral Fellowship. Alice received her Ph.D. from the California Institute of Technology with a focus in Developmental Neurobiology and her M.S. in Neurosciences from the University of California, San Diego, where she was awarded a National Science Foundation Predoctoral Fellowship.
