Biography
Anastasia concentrates her practice on commercial litigation, representing businesses and individuals in complex disputes in state and federal courts and in arbitration proceedings.
Based in our New York office, she has experience with broad range of matters, including litigation involving breach of contract, business tort, fiduciary duty, partnership, and restrictive covenant claims. Anastasia also has experience advising on employment law matters and real estate disputes, as well as in conducting internal investigations.

Before Fox Rothschild
Prior to joining the firm, Anastasia served as an Associate at a litigation boutique in White Plains, New York. She previously served as a Commercial Division Law Clerk to the Honorable Melissa A. Crane of the New York State Supreme Court. Before that, she served as an Assistant Law Clerk to the Honorable Lyle E. Frank of the New York State Supreme Court. Anastasia also gained experience as a legal intern at a technology company and as a litigation fellow at a litigation firm in New York.
