This session will provide an update on federal and state mental health parity law and mandatory mental health and substance use disorder benefit law and review relevant protections and limitations. Presenters will also review audit risk protocols and provide an update on current litigation related to parity of benefits, calling out the lessons-learned for plan attorneys.
