Artificial Intelligence is an increasingly standard tool in the practice of law. However, despite increased usage of AI there remains confusion, ambiguity, and concern regarding its implementation and adoption. This course will cover the fundamentals of AI and various AI tools, as well as common applications to the practice of law. We Schedule of Events (Current at time of printing but subject to change) will also discuss the evolving ethical considerations users need to consider when adopting these new technologies to ensure appropriate implementation of AI. Finally, we will provide some demonstrative examples of AI in practice and help normalize the day-to-day use of AI tools. Our panel provides diverse perspectives from individuals working on the forefront of these issues within the legal community.
