An experienced intellectual property attorney, Short focuses her practice on the oversight and protection of IP assets and the enforcement of intellectual property rights. She also assists clients in managing both domestic and international trademark portfolios.
Bridget regularly represents Fortune 500 companies, fashion and retail companies, higher education institutions and other entities before U.S. federal courts in multi-claim actions, including:
- Trademark and trade dress infringement
- Copyright infringement
- Unfair competition and false advertising
She also counsels clients on trademark and copyright matters, including:
- Clearance of trademarks
- Trademark Trial and Appeal Board opposition and cancellation proceedings
- IP audits and due diligence investigations
Additionally, she assists clients in negotiating and drafting a variety of commercial agreements, including purchase agreements, intellectual property license agreements and co-existence agreements.

Prior to joining Fox Rothschild, Bridget was a partner at a national law firm.
While in law school, Bridget was a member of the Moot Court Board and the received of the National Association of Women Lawyers’ Outstanding Student Award.
During college, Bridget studied abroad at the University of Gothenburg in Sweden.
