Biography
Caitlin counsels clients on a full range of commercial real estate transactions.
A member of the firm's New York-based Retail Industry Practice Group, she negotiates and prepares contracts, leases and purchase and sale agreements. Caitlin also has experience conducting due diligence for real estate involved in mergers and acquisitions.
Before Fox Rothschild
Caitlin joined us from a regional law firm.
While earning her law degree, she interned with New York Law School's Conservation and Policy Clinic and with a nonprofit philanthropic organization. Caitlin was also an affiliate with her school's Center for Real Estate Studies. President of the Sports Law Society, Caitlin also participated in the NIL Pro Bono Project and Sports Law Negotiation Competition, and Co-Chaired the Sports Law Symposium.
