Biography

Caroline focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation. She represents corporate, institutional and legal industry clients in a broad range of matters.

She works closely with clients to resolve disputes in court and alternative dispute resolution forums, and to identify and implement solutions to mitigate litigation risk.

Her practice includes helping law firms mitigate risk and defending attorneys facing claims of malpractice, misconduct or breach of fiduciary duties.

Before Fox Rothschild

Prior to joining us, Caroline served as a prosecutor in the Trial Division of the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office.

During law school, she earned Temple University Beasley School of Law's Barrister Award in Trial Advocacy I, Outstanding Oral Advocacy in Trial Advocacy II and Outstanding Oral Advocacy in Legal Research & Writing II. She was also president of the Health Law Society. Caroline also served as a judicial intern to the U.S. Magistrate Judge Elizabeth T. Hey and the Hon. Mitchell S. Goldberg of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
