Biography
Chetan is a skilled and thorough intellectual property attorney whose practice is focused on complex patent litigation as well as global patent strategy and prosecution.
He handles a wide range of intellectual property matters across a variety of technologies, including medical and consumer devices, machine learning, semiconductors, cellular and wireless technology and electrical circuits. He also has experience in false advertising and commercial litigation matters. Chetan represents clients in proceedings before Federal Courts, the USPTO and non-public forums.
Before Fox Rothschild
Chetan joined us from an international law firm where he practiced intellectual property litigation, patent prosecution, IP due diligence in transactions and commercial litigation. Before that, he was an associate at a boutique IP firm.
While earning his law degree, Chetan was president of the IP Law Society and a writing fellow. He was a patent examiner at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office for five years before law school.

Chetan mentors law students through the Legal Council on Leadership and Diversity and is a former NCAA athlete.
