Fox Rothschild welcomes Jessica M. Norris to the Kansas City, MO office as a partner in the Corporate Department.

“Jessica is a highly skilled negotiator who handles high stakes deals for her clients,” said Nikki H. Howell, Fox’s Kansas City office managing partner. “Her tailored, client-centric approach will benefit our business clients nationwide.”

Norris assists clients on transactional matters, focusing on mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. She represents both sellers and buyers (strategic and financial) across a broad range of industries. Her clients include private companies, private equity funds and family-backed offices. In addition to her M&A practice, she also serves as outside general counsel, including counseling clients on post-closing integration and portfolio company management, and their day-to-day legal matters.

She is a member of the Association of Corporate Growth and other local civic and charitable organizations.

Norris earned her J.D. from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law and her B.A. from the University of Missouri-Columbia.

Prior to joining Fox, Norris was a Shareholder at Polsinelli.
