A Fox Rothschild corporate team, led by Eric J. Michaels, represented Seashore Gardens Living Center, a New Jersey-based assisted living facility, in its sale to Atlas Healthcare Group, which operates nursing and rehabilitation facilities.

The sale allows the Seashore Gardens Foundation, which operated the facility, to relaunch itself as Mosaic, expanding its reach and resources beyond the constraints of facility-based care. Mosaic, an organization dedicated to Meaningful Outreach & Support for Aging Individuals & Caregivers is now poised to support programs and services that enhance the lives of seniors across southern New Jersey.

Through the sale, Atlas Healthcare gains a high-quality senior living facility to add to its portfolio of locations throughout Connecticut, Maryland, and New Jersey.
