Biography
Daniel handles a broad spectrum of complex corporate transactions.
His practice includes advising clients engaged in mergers and acquisitions across multiple industries, counseling clients in the preparation and negotiation of commercial agreements and assisting public company clients in securities law compliance.
Daniel also counsels early-stage companies in day-to-day general corporate governance matters and equity financings.
Before Fox Rothschild
Daniel joined us from an East Coast law firm. He previously practiced at an international law firm and is a former Law Clerk for the New Jersey Superior Court of Ocean County, Civil Division.
While earning his law degree, Daniel was a Notes & Articles Editor for the Fordham International Law Journal.
Daniel worked as an investment banking analyst before entering the legal profession.
