Biography
Danielle focuses her practice on complex commercial and corporate litigation in Delaware.
She has experience representing clients in fiduciary-duty disputes, trade-secret misappropriation claims and contract interpretation matters in the Delaware Court of Chancery and Superior Court and has litigated intellectual property disputes in federal court.
Before Fox Rothschild
Danielle joined us from a large Delaware law firm where she was a litigation Associate. Before that she was a student attorney with the Emory Law Juvenile Defender Clinic and a legal intern with the New York City Law Department, Family Law Division.
While a student at Emory Law School, Danielle was Vice President of Programming for the Student Bar Association and a member of the Emory Mock Trial Team.

Danielle serves as a Board Member of St. Michael's School and Nursery in Wilmington, Delaware, where she contributes to the school's mission of supporting early childhood education in the community.
