Biography
Danielle focuses her practice on complex commercial and corporate litigation in Delaware.
She has experience representing clients in fiduciary-duty disputes, trade-secret misappropriation claims and contract interpretation matters in the Delaware Court of Chancery and Superior Court.
Before Fox Rothschild
Danielle joined us from a large Delaware law firm where she was a litigation Associate. Before that she was a student attorney with the Emory Law Juvenile Defender Clinic and a legal intern with the New York City Law Department, Family Law Division.
While a student at Emory Law School, Danielle was Vice President of Programming for the Student Bar Association and a member of the Emory Mock Trial Team.
Beyond Fox Rothschild
Danielle serves as a Board Member of St. Michael's School and Nursery in Wilmington, Delaware, where she contributes to the school's mission of supporting early childhood education in the community.
