Biography
Denton guides clients through all stages of the dispute resolution process, from inception through trial or arbitration.
She has experience with construction matters, tort defense and commercial litigation involving contract actions, conversion, deceptive trade practices, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud and negligence, among other causes of action.
Before Fox Rothschild
Denton joined us from a boutique Dallas law firm. She previously clerked for the Honorable T. Kenneth Griffis, Jr., of the Mississippi Supreme Court.
While earning her law degree, Denton interned at boutique law firms and a private space industry company, and externed at a scientific nonprofit. She was also a Moot Court Quarterfinalist, Managing Editor of the Journal of Space Law, Student Organization Chair for the Dean’s Office, Vice President of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, Vice President of the University of Mississippi Gorove Society of International Law, Secretary of the Business Law Network and Development Chair of the Latino Law Society.
