Biography
With more than 40 years of experience in the bankruptcy and creditors' rights field, Ed has represented debtors, creditors, trustees and creditors' committees in a wide array of bankruptcy cases.
He has developed a robust practice counseling clients in out-of-court workouts and restructuring, and buyers of assets in bankruptcy cases. He also has experience with documentation, workout and restructuring of secured loans.
Before Fox Rothschild
Ed was senior counsel at Greene Radovsky Maloney Share & Hennigh LLP, which combined with Fox Rothschild in 2021.
