Emily helps clients navigate complex debt and equity financing issues with respect to affordable housing development, assists with organizing entities, including tax-exempt corporations, and provides advice on various corporate governance matters.​

She brings to her practice a broad transactional background that allows her to approach real estate deals with a well-rounded perspective and a deep understanding of how business, structure and strategy intersect.

Before Fox Rothschild

Emily joined us from an international law firm where she worked as Corporate Associate. In that role, she advised public and private companies on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and general commercial matters.

While earning her law degree, Emily was a law clerk for the City of Pittsburgh Law Department and a legal intern for a national energy company. She was also the Lead Managing Editor for the University of Pittsburgh School of Law's Journal of Law and Commerce and a winner of the CALI award for excellence in criminal procedure.
