Fox Rothschild congratulates Heidy Vaquerano, who was selected to the Imagen Foundation’s 2025 class of influential “trailblazers shaping the future of Hollywood.”

This year’s honorees include “network and studio executives … educators and community advocates — whose visionary leadership and cultural impact are reshaping the narrative of Hollywood and beyond.” The feature is part of the Imagen’s Foundation’s Powerful and Influential Latinos in Media and Entertainment initiative. This is Vaquerano’s fourth consecutive year on the list.

A Partner in the firm’s nationwide Entertainment & Sports Law Department, Vaquerano represents musicians, producers, actors, writers, production companies, record labels, tech startups, private-equity funds and more.

Vaquerano’s legal representation of the intellectual property-focused investment firm HarbourView Equity Partners places her at the vanguard of a major shift in the monetization of music rights within the industry. This year, she was instrumental in helping HarbourView secure $500 million in debt financing through securitization of music catalogs including Christine McVie and James Fauntleroy. Billboard named this deal on its list of “The 12 Biggest Music Business Deals of 2024.”

Vaquerano is on the board of PBS SoCal, a nonprofit that aims to enrich Southern California by connecting communities through public media. She is also involved in its Content and Distribution Committee, Strategic Planning Group, and Nomination and Government Committee. Through the Content and Distribution Committee, Vaquerano pushes for more diverse content, particularly for and about Latinos.
