Biography
Erik is a skilled litigator who represents clients in a variety of complex commercial disputes in state and federal courts, and in arbitration proceedings.
He works with clients through all stages of the litigation process, helping them reach strategic solutions that align with their business objectives. He also counsels clients on strategies to mitigate future claims.
Erik's experience includes product liability actions and disputes involving real estate and franchise agreement terminations.
Before Fox Rothschild
Erik joined us from a regional law firm.
He was formerly a law clerk for the Honorable Peter Geiger of the Bergen County, New Jersey Superior Court – Civil Division. He also interned with the State of New Jersey Office of the Attorney General.
In law school, Erik was a member of the Interscholastic Moot Court Board, the SBA Career Opportunities Committee and the Sports & Entertainment Law Club. While a student at Dickinson College, Erik was a four-year member of its NCAA football team.
