Biography
Erika is a litigation associate in the firm’s Greenville office. She focuses her practice on products liability, toxic and mass torts, and personal injury defense in state and federal courts. Erika guides her clients through all stages of the dispute resolution process and provides advice on mitigating the risk of litigation.
Before Fox Rothschild
Prior to joining us, Erika was an associate at a regional litigation law firm.
While earning her law degree, Erika served as a judicial business law clerk to the Honorable Clifton Newman of the South Carolina Circuit Court. She was also a legal intern for a cloud software company and clerked for the U.S. Attorney's Office.
As a law student, Erika was Vice Chair of Relations for the Honor Council, Secretary of the Federal Bar Association Student Division, and member of the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society. She also worked as a research fellow for the Sol Blatt Jr. Law Library and served as a LexisNexis Associate.
