A Fox Rothschild Corporate Deal team led by Erin J. Letey and Jane Pryjmak represented iSpot, a leading TV ad measurement company, in its acquisition of 605, a next generation measurement and attribution company.

According to Forbes, the “acquisition will bolster iSpot’s measurement capabilities with business outcome attribution, advanced audience measurement as well as media planning and data science.” The combination will allow iSpot to accelerate the delivery of innovative solutions for brands and programmers.  

Deal terms were not disclosed.

Fox attorneys James M. Singer, Pamela A. Thein, Pamela A. Grinter, Skylar A. Sherwood, Sahara Pynes, Christopher L. Pizzo, Kimberly L. Kwan and Kristen Kelbon assisted on the deal.
