Evan advises real property operators, developers and investors, as well as their investment advisers, on a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including the acquisition, disposition, leasing and financing of properties across New York City and nationwide.

His experience spans asset classes, including commercial, industrial, mixed-use and multifamily properties, life science and medical facilities, raw land and other development sites.

Evan is also well-versed in the legal aspects of real estate property management and development management, as well as entity formation, deal structuring and other corporate governance matters. He represents investors and sponsors in equity investment and joint venture arrangements, co-investment structures and “club” joint ventures, as well as in restructurings of those investments and other intra-venture relations.  He also represents buyers and sellers in the real estate aspects of mergers and acquisitions, and in transfers of development rights and related “air rights.”
