Ashley L. Beach presented to the American Bar Association Credit Union Committee during the Corporate Governance Session. The presentation addressed proper responses to governmental and other third-party inquiries and document holds, as well as factors to consider when determining whether or not to do a merger, how to document a merger and how to communicate with members regarding a merger.
