Carbon Plan (9:00am - 10:00am)

The Carbon Plan update panel will discuss and explore North Carolina's final carbon plan and its implications for the state and the Southeast. The panel will also look ahead to the first update of the plan and examine how North Carolina's carbon plan may affect other states.

Results of the SC RTO Study (1:30pm - 2:30pm)

The results are in! This panel will cover the recent work conducted under the Electricity Market Reform Measures Study Committee Joint Resolution passed by the South Carolina General Assembly in 2020 and implications for South Carolina and other states considering similar studies.
