Despite the pandemic, co-ops and condos must still conduct annual meetings and elections, and as such new procedures and policies must be adopted. Our panelists will review the best and most practical solutions to new problems that have arisen in light of COVID-19. The panel will also discuss procedures and policies that have been adopted during the pandemic and might be continued after social distancing is no longer required. Q&A session to follow.
