Experts and Counsel will discuss when and how to best use experts. They will also discuss circumstances in which a jointly appointed expert can participate and the benefits proceeding from within that context.  They will also discuss dispute resolution boards.

• how clients and counsel can best use experts in dispute resolution boards; and
