This seminar, which is presented in collaboration with litigation funder Omni Bridgeway, will discuss the challenges and opportunities that arise when parties attempt to enforce arbitral awards in Latin America. In doing so, our speakers will consider the strategies that can be employed in cases against sovereign and non-sovereign parties while considering the possible defences that may arise in the context of the enforcement of arbitral awards in Latin America.
