This is a FREE CLE presentation for attorneys who do not normally prepare documents such as wills, durable powers of attorney, or advance healthcare directives. The seminar offers a foundation for creating these documents to round out the attorney’s practice area; to help fulfill pro bono commitments in general; and to prepare for the Wills for Seniors event sponsored by Delaware Volunteer Legal Services on Sunday, October 26 at Widener University Delaware Law.
