Too often parties and their counsel present the same case in arbitration that they would have presented in court, which is a serious mistake. A panel of four arbitrators will provide candid comments and answer the difficult question on how to best present a case to arbitrators in order to maximize the client's outcome. Although there are volumes written about state and federal law applicable to arbitration, it is difficult to find valuable information on effective advocacy for lawyers trying a construction dispute before arbitrators.
