Presenting and Proving Causation: Exploring Key Trial Aspects of a Building or Structure Collapse
A diverse panel, comprised of attorneys and experts, will explore key aspects of a construction collapse and discuss best practices for coverage considerations as well as presenting to juries. The panel will include Joe Ramirez, Partner at Holland & Hart, who will discuss coverage issues. Dr. Ann Greeley, Vice-President at Decision Quest will discuss jury considerations. Erica Massaro-Hales, Senior Managing Director at Ankura, will discuss the important role of graphics. John Abruzzo, M.S.C.E. and a leader of Forensics at Thornton Tomasetti, will focus on forensic engineering. Finally, Ron Williams, Partner at Fox Rothschild, and will explore the role of trial counsel.
