The podcast market continues to expand and is projected to account for almost $2 billion in advertising revenue by 2024. Podcasting has broken beyond its previous, auditory-only mold; many podcasts now are fully audio-visual and have a robust reach across different media, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and more. 

This panel will address the rapid expansion of the podcast industry and legal issues for consideration in connection with the ownership, development, production, distribution and exploitation of podcast.
