More and more states are legalizing marijuana. But the growing trend of legalization leaves open many questions because the use, sale or distribution of marijuana remains illegal under federal law. One such question is what happens when a United States company decides to invest money in a foreign cannabis business. By making such an investment, is that company committing a crime under federal law?  In this program, Joshua Horn and Saverio Romeo walk attendees through the legal landscape and explain the risks that accompany investments in foreign cannabis.
