Strategies in Depositions of Corporate Representatives: Taking and Defending
Taking and defending the depositions of corporate designees can be challenging. When taking, you can utilize strategies to engage opposing counsel before the deposition, as required in federal court. This is particularly helpful in depositions with third parties. In defending depositions, the deponent has been educated on how to testify, and that education may be discoverable.
