Biography
George represents clients in a wide range of high-stakes commercial and governmental matters. As a litigator, he advocates for clients before state and federal tribunals and offers strategies to help mitigate business and personal risks.
George has broad litigation experience covering a wide range of matters, including:
- Commercial contract disputes.
- State and federal False Claims Act cases.
- Administrative and regulatory challenges.
- Federal securities fraud lawsuits.
- Antitrust and competition issues.
- White collar defense and government investigations.
He also has experience advising clients on compliance with various regulatory schemes, including environmental regulations and U.S. economic sanction programs.
Before Fox Rothschild
George joined us from a national law firm where he was a litigation associate focused on complex commercial disputes, administrative and regulatory law, and government investigations. While earning his law degree, he was a law clerk and a summer associate at the same firm.
At William & Mary Law School, George was Executive Editor of the William & Mary Business Law Review, and earned the 2023 award for best student note. George also served as Lead Development Counsel for the school's National Trial Team, placed first at the 58th Academy of Trial Lawyers Mock Trial Competition and was inducted into the Order of the Barristers for demonstrating exceptional skill in trial advocacy.
