A former civil engineer, his insider knowledge of the field helps him recommend risk-mitigation strategies that are specific to each client.

Hunter represents owners, contractors and subcontractors in construction-related matters such as:

  • Filing and enforcing mechanics liens.
  • Contract disputes.
  • Alleged professional negligence, errors and omissions in project designs.
  • Delay claims.
  • Defective construction claims.
  • Changes in project scope.

Hunter also advises clients regarding Occupational Safety and Health Administration violations and regulatory compliance.

Before Fox Rothschild

Hunter joined us from a regional law firm where he focused on construction litigation.

While earning his law degree, Hunger was a Staff Editor on a volume of the Temple Law Review.

Before entering the legal field, Hunter was a Transportation Construction Inspection Supervisor for eight years.
