Fox Rothschild congratulates Nevena Simidjiyska, who was re-appointed to the Steering Committee of the American Bar Association’s Export Controls and Economic Sanctions Committee.

This marks Simidjiyska’s fourth time serving on the Steering Committee. In her role, she will assist with policy formation, education, outreach and advocacy in the areas of United States export controls and economic sanctions and embargoes.  

Chair for the firm’s CFIUS & National Security Group and Co-Chair of its International Trade Group, Simidjiyska advises public and private companies on foreign investment and acquisitions, export and sanctions compliance, and related controls including compliance under the EAR, ITAR and OFAC. Simidjiyska combines this experience with her background in M&A and investment transactions to provide effective and practical guidance on all phases of transactions with foreign investors.
