Jacqueline counsels emerging companies, middle-market private equity firms and closely held businesses on corporate governance, capital formation, and mergers and acquisitions. She manages deals from structuring and due diligence through negotiation, execution and post-closing.
She brings more than a decade of entrepreneurial experience to her practice, having founded and led an international operations firm with offices across the United States, China and Singapore. That firsthand business perspective allows Jacqueline to deliver commercially grounded guidance, helping clients navigate complex transactions while balancing legal risk with strategic objectives.

Before Fox Rothschild
Prior to joining the firm, Jacqueline was as a corporate attorney at a Philadelphia-based law firm. She also held a post-doctoral fellowship in sports law at Temple University Beasley School of Law. Earlier in her career, Jacqueline worked as a legal analyst for a Philadelphia-based angel investor group. Before entering the legal profession, she founded and served as CEO of an international operations consulting firm for over a decade and held senior marketing leadership roles at a global technology company.
Beyond Fox Rothschild
Jacqueline is an adjunct professor at Temple University Beasley School of Law, where she leads a hands-on course on lawyering for entrepreneurship. She is committed to pro bono work on multiple fronts. That includes addressing emerging issues at the intersection of copyright, Name, Image & Likeness and estate planning as well as representing the United We Heal Film Festival as General Counsel. She is also an executive producer of the documentary film Riot on the Dance Floor and co-founded Block 43 Studio Gallery in Singapore. She has served as a mentor and advisor for startup incubators and venture funds across the United States and Asia, including programs affiliated with Stanford University. Jacqueline has also volunteered as an intake coordinator with Philadelphia Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts.
