Biography

Jaquan represents clients in complex business disputes in both state and federal court. His practice encompasses a broad range of matters, including breach of contract, trade secret misappropriation, restrictive covenants, negligence, and breach of fiduciary duties.

Jaquan’s practice involves all phases of litigation, including pre-filing investigations and negotiations, discovery, motion practice and trial. He has worked with clients in multiple industries, including manufacturing, insurance, real estate, financial services and pharmaceuticals.

Before Fox Rothschild

Prior to joining the firm, Jaquan was an associate and then managing associate at a national law firm. He also completed a litigation secondment with an international technology company. Earlier in his career, Jaquan served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Melody J. Stewart of the Supreme Court of Ohio and as a judicial extern to the Honorable Sara Lioi of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.
