Fox Rothschild LLP congratulates Jeffrey P. MacHarg, who was selected to the 2023 class of Client Service All-Stars by BTI Consulting Group.

Now in its 22^nd year of publication, the BTI Client Service All-Stars  is the “only ranking and attorney recognition relying solely on clients in an organic fashion.” Those included in this prestigious list exemplify attributes such as being practical, savvy, in the know, dealing with complexity, available and nimble. They know how to “step in and provide the best help at the right time.”

MacHarg, the Managing Partner of the firm’s Charlotte office, is a strategic litigator who guides clients through nontraditional, commercial disputes. He is noted in the guide by his clients for “his ability to navigate complex legal issues” and for finding the “most efficient and cost-effective ways to achieve goals.”

His clients consist of large corporations, closely held businesses and individuals across several industries including manufacturing, nuclear energy, banking, insurance, and transportation.

With respect to his client philosophy, MacHarg commented “Trust. Listen. Care. This is my approach to all relationships. Trust is earned, and it comes after listening and learning the business. Trust leads to true collaboration, and with collaboration comes client-focused results. But it all begins by earning trust."

MacHarg earned his J.D. from George Washington University Law School and his B.A. from Duke University.
