On December 2, 2022, in four convenient locations across the country, the ABA Forum on Construction Law will present “Must Know Provisions of Industry Form Construction Contracts.”
Taught by leading industry professionals in each location, this program presents a unique opportunity for both new and seasoned construction lawyers, as well as other construction industry participants, to learn the key aspects of the most commonly used form construction contracts and how those provisions affect design professionals, owners, contractors, and subcontractors.
