Biography
John helps clients resolve a broad range of commercial disputes inside and outside of the courtroom.
He is particularly experienced in handing construction, engineering and design litigation as well as matters involving breach of contract, defective work, negligence and fraud claims. John also has experience representing lenders, law firms and other business entities of all sizes.
John also develops strategies to help clients mitigate litigation risk.

Before Fox Rothschild
John joined us from a midsize law firm. He previously practiced at a regional firm and clerked for the Honorable Francis R. Hodgson, Jr., of Ocean County Superior Court in New Jersey.
While earning his law degree, John interned with the Honorable Paul R. Wallace of the Superior Court of Delaware. He also completed legal externships with FINRA and the Pennsylvania Governor’s Office of General Counsel, Department of Human Services. He was President of the Brehon Law Society's Villanova Chapter, and a member of the International, Corporate, Art, Sports and St. Thomas More law societies.
